kenyan Laws
Kenyan laws are mainly inherited from the British system. there are basically two types of Laws
1. Substantial Law-this includes Laws such as Contracts, Torts which can be found in statutes or judicial precedents
2. Procedural Law-this is the procedure that is used by the courts.Mainly in civil cases procedure must be followed to the letter as lack of correct procedure can lead to dismissal of an otherwise good case.
